Orders are confirmed after successful payment and verification. Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Payments are processed through authorized payment service providers. Vibbes Clothing does not store complete card details, CVV, OTPs, or other sensitive payment credentials.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details, including text, images, designs, sizes, and measurements. Customized products may not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started, except in cases of defects or incorrect production by Vibbes Clothing.
